Nothing says “I’m in like with you” (or, “I love you,” depending on your relationship situation) like a sugary, sweet cookie. I snapped these shots from Edgars Bakery in Birmingham (3407 Colonnade Pkwy.) during this week’s business trip. I picked up a couple of cookies and not sure if they’ll make the ride home to Florida, one is already crumbling. I’m sure they’ll taste the same. Happy Valentine’s Day!
