I attended the South Beach Wine & Food Festival last month (if you haven’t read my interview with Food Network’s Marcela Valladolid, check it out now!) and it’ definitely foodie’s paradise. Yesterday was my whirlwind trip to Miami for the SoBe Wine & Food Festival and an opportunity to chat with Food Network’s Chef Marcela Valladolid of the TV show, Mexican Made Easy. I’m so excited, Food Network’s South Beach Wine & Food Festival kicks off this Thursday (Feb. 25) and I’ll be attending Saturday’s Whole Foods Market Grand Tasting Village to see celeb chefs as Bobby Flay, Rachel Ray,and Emeril Lagasse create super star dishes. Last year I attended Harrah’s Casino Night with Paula Deen (check out the video) and Barilla’s Interactive Cooking Event with Guy Fieri. (more…)
