Dodgeball Anyone? You Can Play It at AirHeads Trampoline Arena in Orlando, Fla.

I was a bird. I was a plane. I was David Lee Roth from Van Halen’s 1984 video for “Jump” during a recent trip to AirHeads Trampoline Arena in Orlando. It doesn’t matter I’m a childless, 40-something-year-old. Bouncing from trampoline to trampoline to trampoline was insanely fun, an incredible workout, the perfect sleeping aid and perfect prescription for reconnecting with my inner child. My 16-Week Supply of Fysiko EyeLash Growth Serum, May 12, 2013

Stepping into the Bellagio Las Vegas just shy of midnight, my eyes were drawn to the Chihuly installation of colorful glass flowers hovering over guests in the main lobby. “G-L-A-M-O-R-O-U-S”…Fergie’s song immediately played through my head and did so each time I walked through the lobby and Conservatory & Botanical Gardens. Dr. Ben Carson Answers Questions from Booker Middle School Students in Sarasota, Fla., Feb. 27, 2013

“Things that I said at the Prayer Breakfast were the same things I’ve been saying for 20 years. It just had a viral impact, you might say,” Dr. Benjamin Carson, said during a Feb. 27, 2013, press conference in Sarasota, Fla.

Berry Pepper Cilantro Sorbet, Perfect for Cinco de Mayo

Planning a Cinco de Mayo fiesta? Here’s a twist on the popular paletas, those Mexican ice pops made with fresh seasonal fruit. If you don’t have the setups for making ice pops, try this refreshing sorbet recipe I whipped up utilizing fresh strawberries, blueberries and my favorite herb, cilantro.
